Nicole GoebelStaff

As the Assistant Director in Human Resources, Nicole works with compensation, employee benefits, and leads the Compensation Evaulation Committee, Benefits Advisory Committee and 403(b) Retirement Advisory Committees. Throughout the year, Nicole facilitates educational programming for maximizing benefits and financial wellbeing. Nicole has also served on the IBC, Gustavus ACTS and Accreditation committees at the College, in addition to being an inaugural member of the Gustavus Thrive program. 

Nicole and her husband Jim reside in North Mankato and are active with their Gustie children Emma ’21 and Nicolas '23.

Her community involvement includes being on the Board of Directors for the St. Peter Food Co-op, church volunteer, student mentor and previous tenure on the Loyola Catholic School Board of Trustees, the Loyola Finance Committee, and local organizations including the Loyola Speech Team and BSA Troop 29.
