Cynthia Favre, Director of Career Management since 1989 has a Master of Science in Counseling and Student Personnel from Minnesota State University-Mankato and a B.A. from the University of Minnesota, Morris with a Sociology major. Cynthia defines her position as: connecting the gifts and talents of liberal arts graduates to the world's needs by providing information, opportunity and support to: Candidates in: Naming their gifts and talents; Developing career search tools and skills; Providing information sources; Creating opportunities to engage with career contacts; Encouraging skill development by coordinating career related events. Employers in: Posting jobs; Managing campus recruiting; Hosting campus and statewide job/career fairs including Employer Information Day; Creating opportunities to meet and interact with candidates.
