Adobe Lightroom

Photoshop Lightroom is a cloud-based photo editing software. This allows you to edit on any of your devices that have the app as well as share the edited pictures easily across devices. These pictures will be stored with tags, allowing you to easily sort your library in the cloud.

This is very similar to Adobe Lightroom Classic except it does not store files locally and has an easier layout of the editing controls.
