MIAC-IIAC Border Battle

2005 MIAC-IIAC Border Battle Tournament
Friday, October 7-Saturday, October 8

The Gustavus volleyball team will host the Minnesota-Iowa Border Battle Tournament Friday and Saturday October 7-8. The Battle consists of two tournaments between eight Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) teams and eight Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (IIAC) teams. The teams from each conference that finished the 2004 season placed 1-4 will be playing at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, while those that placed 5-8 will be playing at Gustavus. The Gusties finished the 2004 season placed 5th in the MIAC, earning the right to host the tournament.
